Ven. Professor Jacob Onyechi is a Professor of Pharmaceutical Technology and Industrial Pharmacy of the University of Nigeria. He was appointed Lecturer II in the Department of Pharmaceutical Tech. and Ind. Pharm. in 1983. In 2010 he rose to the rank of Professor of Pharmaceutical Technology and Industrial Pharmacy.
Professor Jacob Onyechi has served as Acting Head Department of Pharm. Tech. and Ind. Pharm. between 2006-2008.
