- Presents the final draft of the Bank’s Annual Report to the Board of Directors for approval;
- Chairs the Annual General Meeting of the Bank (AGM) and presents Chairman’s Statement;
- Approves applications for loans whose values are above
N1 million (One million Naira) on behalf of the Board; - Constitutes Board Committees;
- Authorizes, on behalf of the Board, placements made in other banks and reports at regular Board meetings.
